What we are

Just Once More is an independent public-service campaign. We are not a registered 501(c)(3) charity. Donations are not tax-deductible. We provide ideas and information for educational purposes only.

What we are not

We are not engineers, doctors, food-safety professionals, fire marshals, or licensed contractors. Reuse ideas published on this site are common-sense suggestions, not professional recommendations. Use judgment.

No warranty

The information on this site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. If you reuse a container for food, make sure it is clean and food-safe. If you reuse something for kids, supervise.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Once More and its operators will not be liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of this site or any idea found on it.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions toward operating the campaign. They are not purchases of goods or services. Donations are not refundable except in cases of clear error (duplicate charge, etc.). Email chris@justoncemore.org within 30 days to request a refund review.

Email

By submitting a pledge, you consent to receive a confirmation email and occasional campaign updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Intellectual property

The campaign name, tagline, and copy on this site are © Just Once More. The ideas themselves are obvious and belong to the commons. Share them freely.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the campaign is operated. Disputes will be resolved in good faith first; in arbitration or small claims court second.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
